We first designed the study, hypothesized the project, researched the available literature in design function and outsourcing, found the related variables of the study, conducted interviews with key stake holders and reported our finding along with recommendation How did this help the client: We were given 2 months for the project. We delivered the project on time and with in the budget. The client took our recommendation to the board for outsourcing decision |
